Our parties and special events are easy for parents! We provide a clean, bright, and open facility and we take care of all the set up and best of all, we do the cleaning! Our facility is already beautifully decorated and it gets even more impressive with our Classic, Signature, Elite and Custom packages. Also, when you book our most popular packages you don’t even have to worry about favors for the party guests – we take care of everything so you can relax and enjoy your child’s special day!

Themed Birthday Packages

Our Themed Packages are where we really shine! These beautiful and elite two hour events will awe your guests and give you and your family priceless memories to cherish for years to come!

Choose from over 200 stories for the entertainment portion of the event and then match that story with one of our 21 Signature Themes to create your perfect event! These parties include face-painting, stunning table settings, custom lollipop displays, a professional photographer and custom web gallery of all your images. Paper goods and utensils are provided for all your guests and a wonderful StoryDance™ hostess will lead the entertainment and help you coordinate all the details of your party!

Additional child fee includes 1 additional adult/teen.
A second hostess is included for parties with 12 or more children, a third hostess is included for parties with 17 or more children.
Maximum of 22 Children & 44 adults per event.

Do you have a perfect venue in mind for your event or would you like to have
a StoryDance™ party in your home? 


StoryDance™ on location is the perfect solution! Add $300 to any Theme or Custom package and we will bring the party to any location in the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area. Most themes are limited to 22 children but we do have a few ways to accomodate larger groups. Please give us a call if you want to have more than 22 in attendance. There is no limit for adult/teen guests when you book an on location event.

StoryDance™ Event

Frequently Asked Questions

We’re ready to book! What do we do?
A non-refundable deposit of $100 and valid credit/debit card are required to reserve an event date. Call us at 702-207-7685 to check availability and pay your deposit.
When do we pay the balance of our fee?
The balance of your fee is due at the end of your party. Host/Hostess gratuity is not included in the cost of the event but, of course, it is always appreciated.
When can we arrive to set up?
The party room will be ready for you 15 minutes prior to the start of your event.
Can we bring our own cameras?
Yes! We allow and encourage cell phone and small hand held cameras but we do ask that you don’t bring the larger SLR style cameras. Professional photography is included with our Classic, Signature, Elite and Custom packages and can be added to our basic packages for a small fee.
What about children under 3 years old?
We do not offer parties for children under 3 and they are not included in your guest count for place settings or favors unless you request it. Please let us know if you want a place setting or favor package for a child under 3. We ask that all participants for the dress-up and dancing portion of the event be at least 3 years of age or be accompanied by a sibling/parent who is at least 10 years of age. If your dancers will be under the age of 3, please let us know so that we can schedule the staff to accommodate their needs. There will be an additional charge for this service.
Can we bring an outside vendor like a photographer, character/entertainer or caterer?
Yes! We do allow outside vendors at our events. Please note that there is a $100 outside vendor fee and we will need the contact information for your vendor 3 days prior to your event to coordinate all of the details and provide you with a seamless, worry-free experience.
What if we have to cancel?
Cancellations with more than 48 hrs. notice may be rescheduled to a date within 60 days of the original date with no additional deposit (subject to availability). Cancellations with less than 48 hrs. notice will be billed at full price. Event deposits are non-refundable and may not be applied toward any other products or services.
What if guests don’t come or what if we have last minute additions?
We require a final headcount 48 hours before your event. Unfortunately we are not able to reduce your package the day of the party. If you have last minute additions to your party we will do our best to provide additional place settings and/or favors but we cannot guarantee favor availability. Additional guests will be added to your bill according to the rates of your package.
What should the kids wear?
We recommend dance attire or clothing that allows them to move freely. Dance shoes are very helpful but guests can dance barefoot or in socks if they prefer.
Will anything else be happening in the building while my party is going on?
We do have 4 dance studios and a portrait studio; we book 2 out of the 4 studios for your party so we may have portrait sessions or other classes and events happening in the facility during your event. If you would like to reserve the entire facility please speak to us about pricing.
